Does anyone know a good file splitter i can use for splitting videos into more parts?

Thanks in advance
You could do it with Windows Movie Maker. It'd take a while though.
VirtualDub is a pretty good free video editing package.

Not sure if it splits though (I know it joins).

Also, it doesn't do WMV too well.
If you're just talking binary chunks, like to put a movie file from a DVD onto a few CDs to transport it, you can use WinRAR or 7-zip (google either of them, I suggest 7-zip personally) and use the "split to volumes" feature. This will create a number of files that can be reconstituted into the whole later on.
