I did it on Control Panel > Internet Connections > Network Connections ? Rightclick Local Area Connection AND the router.

I can't find any free proxy programs, sadly.

Try just doing it through the router since theres no need to do it the other way.

If you can't find any go onto a warez site.

Okay, I'll try that.

And ATHK, sorry about everything.

If you can get on MSN i would gladly try and help you manually the forums aren't a good way to help a person that doesn't have a clue what to do.

Didn't somebody mention DMZing my router? Could that help? How do I do it?
In response to King of Slimes
DMZ allows every port to be opened to a specific PC.

Say you DMZ to ip 192.168.1.100 every port is open.

You did mention you had a linksys but not which type you have.

To DMZ try looking in Applications and Gaming where you would normally open a port then it is along the top.

You could try this but i doubt it would work.

It wouldn't, except if you wanted to host stuff. But then you might also have to worry about getting hacked. DMZing a computer sends all incoming connections to that computer. They might be connections try to go to a hosted game, or they might be a virus trying to break into windows.

Your problem is that you can't connect out to BYOND, not hosting games.
