I take a computer programming & web design course at my school, and I was hired by a pastor of some church to create a website for his church. I've used all of the information given, can you tell me what you think? is there anything I should change around?

Looks too plain to me. Ad some color, pictures, borders, tables. Anything.

Well, yeah, I know that. I'm doing that after I get some more pictures and stuff

Also, it needs more information. Add a introduction/description of the church to make newcomers want to try it out, if they already have one, or are seeking one.

Actually, it is important to use IE, Firefox, and Opera(More if possible) browsers while being a webmaster. For as much as it shouldn't be, it is our jobs as webmasters to make sure that everyone can view our sites equally. If all webmasters took this approach, the civil uprising from the webmaster community would force IE into standards lest it be shoved off the market by rebelling techies.
That being said, the website is rather plain and needs a little attention to design. Plain websites are actually the best ones(Google.com) but care must be taken to prevent plain from being ugly(Live.com) |

Simple is one thing. Plain is another. You need to be quite good at graphic design (or just very persistent) to make good-looking simple designs.

Yeah, I guess that is bad terminology on my part. But I think he got the point

A person named "Dead_Demon" is making a post about his work for a church. If that's not funny, I don't know what is any more. ;-)

If you ask me church wise
Id think a dead demon would be a good thing |
Needs a description
a message from the pastor or something like that a address a picture of the church |
Looks good! If you mean "Chem" to be an abbreviation for "Chairman," though, I think you want "Chmn."

Yar, I'd better get back to work on it. I've had all winter break to do it, but haven't touched it since I went on break xX;

Use Dreamweaver.
Web classes will teach basic HTML concepts in Notepad for a month or two, then switch you to Dreamweaver and tell you, "Ok, Notepad is worthless, please kill it with fire now; you will never use it again." ~Kujila |

Dreamweaver is crap. Notepad for the win! And if you want to get really crazy, use Notepad++ for it's Syntax Highlighting. :D

Yeah I'm sure all those highly-paid webdevelopers are sitting typing away on Notepad.
