You can download naruto, just watch out for ripped DVDs. Just use the program Justin pointed out.

If you've got enough money too cover piracy charges if your caught, then no. If you don't, I'd take some precautions to protect my self.

It doesnt matter what kind of Naruto he gets, he should be careful. Just because it isnt a DVD rip doesn't mean he cant get in trouble.

I would not be at all surprised if that were to happen. Heck, they could even partially automate it.
