Some of my 3D work (Dial-up beware -- image intensive)

For the past 4 years or so I've been working with Dark BASIC Pro, a 3D programming engine, after I left BYOND. I had (still have, Im only taking a break from it right now) quite a few projects from the community, there, just thought Id share some of my 3D work (if someone needs some 3D work done sometime, Im sually more than willing to help out.)

Characters;

Sheep model for a client;


Seargent Minkey, the Pimp Chimp (in my current DBP project);






Dragon model for a dragon contest;

Nutt - one of my fav's;

And a pirate for a pirate modelling contest, one of my first models;



And everything else (getting tired of linking each image :P)



I think theres a model of master chief in there somewhere, not sure.

They're pretty good in a cartoony-sense. The pirate looks like Runescape-grade material, heh. Try to get a job with them. ;D

I was going to say the same they look like runescape.. send you images to them they might hire you.

All of the contests are held (heald? :/) over at the darkbasic pro forums in 3D chat. Though they've been slowing down a bit, theres a new one every 2 weeks or so usually.

If you're looking for contests you might want to check out the Blender Art forums, they have tons.

Whoa! You use darkbasics! Thats like complicated, i like their 3d gamemaker XD its simple nice work :D

You require TEXTURES! =P

If Dark BASIC supports it, get NORMAL MAPS.
