How much do you need to sensor words without having your blog post appear? example the word **** begins with s, can i have an example, or are we not allowed to sendsor words at all.

If you use asterisks to try to mask part of your word so the post still appears on the main page, an admin will still hide it. Likewise if you do that on the forums, an admin will edit or delete it.

Masking all of the word, however, is fine.

...As a general forum rule (where are they located anyways? :/)

1) Do not double+ post
2) This is a forum, not a chatroom... meaning give a lot of time for your question to be answered
3) If, in any case you want to bump, you must wait until the last posting is atleast a day old AND it must be off the first page of the section it is in


#2 is important, because there are people with this... so-called thing named "life"

keep in mind that the BYOND forums and member pages are not chat rooms, and that not all admins are trolling the boards just for your convenience. if the page is considered appropriate, it will get restored eventually as soon as an admin has time. admins are spread around the world, so it may take a while to get things done.

please be patient - Lummox my have decided to step out for dinner with his fiance, or do some other tasks that are more important than BYOND at the moment.

what are you talking about? I didnt sensor a word good enough so they took my blog posy off the main page, I just wanted it back and i've been waiting seven hours and 13 minutes. I really dont get how mine was taken away when i sensored something when i'v seen like 3 f bombs in one post.

Anyway, I wouldn't worry about getting a single post masked from the front page if I were you. As far as I know it's not like it would go on any sort of permanent record, and eventually someone will notice the post if you make another one later on.

I wouldn't recommend posting "Hey look at the one below me" messages, though. That's pretty lame.

I just wanted to point out and get peoples oppinions that people make 4 verbs and get all there friends to try to make it number 1.

For future reference, the rule about bumping is not to do it within 24 hours, and not until your post is no longer on the main page of the forum where you posted it.
