That sucks. ^_^;
Here's what you do...go buy a new DS...clean up the old one as humanly possible, etc... make it look new again as best as possible, stick it in the box & attempt to return it & say when you opened it, it was like that - but, be sure to crush the box a tad, that way it looks like a shipping error & be sure to go in there mad & make up a story. Something along the lines of: "I bought this at another store the other day & when I saw it, the box was in horrible shape but, it was the last one on the shelf. I asked a sales lady if it should be damaged would I be able to bring it back - she said I could.". It's worked for me before. It depends on the idiot behind the counter though.

I don't even have 150 bucks to spend, otherwise I might do that
Just ask a rich relative for a "DS Lite" for christmas and or your birthday. If you can't wait that long umm....I really don't know.

Factoring polynomials is not precalc work. By the time you get to precalc, you should be able to factor polynomials fast and easily in your head.

MARF

Multiply
Add
Reduce
Factor

That's about all I remember about factoring

While you're at it you can rob a convenience store at gunpoint, thus starting your career as someone who steals and cheats through life.

OF COURSE! Why did I bnever think of that!?
Lol, I already kinda cheat my way through life right now, it depends if you see it as 'cheating'. I sell YuGiOh cards, and Ultra/Super packs(Packs of cards that always have a Super or higher in them). No, I don't steal the packs, nor do I open them. I have a secret method. And the people that play jus throw their money at me for them. I got kicked out of a comic book store once for selling them, XD

Yes, I know that. But the teacher decided to start off with stuff I haven't had to do since 8th grade >_> I think I got it down again, though

Pssh. I merely did that because, a controller for PS2 I bought from Circuit City before - the crappy thing broke after about 2 months of use. I tried bringing it back for an exchange & they said they're not liable after 30 days. Those bastards at Circuit City are NEVER getting my money again.
If it gets broke it's not really Best Buy's responsibility unless it was a faulty product, and by your story, it didn't seem like a faulty product. >.>

So you're blaming them for something you or someone you know did to your controller? Sorry, but I have to say you're full of BS. If the warranty is good for 30 days only, then it's good for 30 days ONLY. Besides, it's a game, big deal? I'll admit that I play games all the time, but hell, I can easily live without them.

Anyways, since you broke it, how the hell is it their fault? Games can mess up after a while of use, like the whole Xbox 360 thing... That'd probably be covered by some type of warranty I would think since it's the manufacturer's fault. I've heard of a stupid lady that bought a coffee from McDonalds and suddenly hit the brakes in her car for some reason and the coffee then spilled on her. She sued for the coffee being too hot and WON her case. This is basically what you want, except you want a new DS for your own fault. That's basically the bottom line. And if you want to try arguing about this with me, don't even try because you know it wasn't the manufacturer's fault.

The same thing goes for Dead_Demon or whatever his name was...

Thats ok, I was swatting at a misquito with my DS Phat box and I forgot that it was inside the box, so the DS went flying out and into the wall.

Yet, it wasn't my fault either. Now heres the real SOB part. My freinds little sister broke his XBOX, so I went with him to return it. He told them what happend, and he GOT A NEW ONE FOR FREE BECAUSE OF HIS WARRENTY. Now I am steamed. And it was the same people who denied my DS, too. >:O

Do you think he can return it?
In response to Yorae
I guess I would be pissed if I got a DS that broke, but life goes on.

But hey, relax about your DS. Like whats his face said, in all reality, I would be fine without any games. There's other stuff to do.

About that video, if the people in the store saw what happened, no, he'd be screwed.

I wouldn't be as mad as I am right now if I didn't have a flashcard and passme ordered and began to learning to hack NDS Roms, or if I hadn't just bought a new game for it :(

Those people are idiots. At first when I used to watch stuff like that, I thought it was funny, but after having to save up for like 3 months to pay for a Xbox 360 the only thing clips like that do is piss me off.

About the NDS, did you have a normal warrenty or did yo buy one from the company? A lot of stores will try and sell you a 1 or 2 year warrenty and if you try to return stuff, even if it isn't a manufacturing error or something, they will usually exchange it. Thats what you pay the extra $50.00 for a extrended store warrenty.

One time I had a cell phone that I paid a extra $50 for a 2 year extended warrenty through the store and when I was in my room I was walking around on some clothes I had laying on the floor. Well my cell phone was in one of those pants on the floor and I stepped on it and cracked the screen.

I returned it to WalMart telling them exactly what happened and they exchanged it for a new one.
