Cant update!!!

BYOND Version:

Operating System: Windows XP SP2

Web Browser: Internet explorer

Detailed Problem Description: I have a really outdated byond, and I decided to update (cause I cant play any games) but when I unzip the update in the byond directory, it says:

cant create output file: C:\Program Files\BYOND\bin\byond.dll

Does the problem occur:
Every time? Or how often? Always

On other computers? I doubt it

Close Dream Seeker, Dream Daemon, Dream Maker, and the BYOND pager (which is in the taskbar). Then run the update. If you think that some BYOND-related program might still be running, reboot your computer, then run the updater before anything else BYOND-related.

I tried it, and it unzipped, but it still says I have to download it whenever I try to run a game in dream seeker

What version did you use to have, and what version did you try to upgrade to?

Which updater? And when you say "341.877", do you mean that's the version you had before or the version you tried to upgrade to?
