are there any programs that can take out the graphics out of a nes rom.

A bit off-topic, but what is your intention? Why do you want to take out graphics? I hope you're not going to rip them without any form of permission from the owner.

I lost all my icos when my comp broke. square-enix allows fan games and encourages it. I just need tiles from DW4. It took a while getting them I took a bunch of screen shots. I dont want to have to do it again.

I'm extremely, extremely bored so I'll pitch in and fetch DW4 icons for you. I'll make sure they're copied to perfection. :P

I'm very inconsistant when I'm working on something, but when I actually do it I'm rather fast. Just ask Fwee(Fuuhaa) if you ever see him. When I finish grabbing everything, I'll go make a journal post and link it from there.

And I quote " The most prominent projects, such as Chrono Resurrection[27], and Chrono Trigger Remake Project [28] were forcibly terminated by Square Enix with a cease and desist order." That sounds real fan-game friendly.
