BYOND Problem

When I logon with the BYOND program it says [offline] and when I try to join games it says BYOND Central is not accesible or something like that. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Do you have a firewall that might be preventing BYOND from contacting the hub?

I have a firewall and i have it set to permit all. But even when i de-activate it, it still says that.

Hmm, okay.

What BYOND version are you using? BYOND 3.5 beta 5 tries to connect to the BYOND hub on two different ports (sometimes ISPs block port 6001, which the BYOND hub uses - unfortunately it's often used for P2P file sharing apps as well). So if you have an older version, trying upgrading to beta 5.

I doubt it. I was asking whether you had beta 5 or an earlier beta; beta 5 is better.

So if you don't already have beta 5, I suggest that you download and install it. (Remember to quit the pager before upgrading, or Bad Things may happen!)

Nope. I generally don't use IMs.

Well I found out what the problem was last night XD Under prefrences > advanced > Hub adress it said none. So i deleted that and too it workeD!
