My Goal of this Project:
Making Windows XP look as close as it can to the new Windows Vista.
STEP 1) I must find a STYLE XP theme that matches Vista very well.
STEP 2) I must find the program used for the dock (the thing at the right, on the desktop)
STEP 3) Using STYLE XP, find an icon package that matches Vista.
STEP 4) Find Bootscreens and Startup Screens.
STEP 5) Apply Finishing Touches (such as wallpaper)
I already have STEP 5.
Can anyone help me with the other steps?
(Will post screenshot when finished with project)

I have windows vista beta 1 and beta 2 its great 0 cpu even running 3 firefox pages and Day of Defeat :)

I find it amusing that you're trying to make Windows XP look like Windows Vista even though the final Vista shell hasn't even been completed. Heck, I haven't even seen a screen shot of Aero Glass.
If you're trying to make Windows XP look like the Vista Beta you may be disappointed after all of that work to find that Vista Final will look (and behave) very differently. ~Das Falke | |
