Well basically LummoxJr is the best coder on byond but who do you think is the best iconer on byond. Nominate and vote here.

Hands down it's Xell. You may look at his work on Seika and Sieka II. You may already know some of his very popular icons such as Bob, Neo/Trench and the various Mechs. Take a look at some of the custom icons he made. (Note: Stills do them no justice.)

I'd say Xooxer, not many people have seen his true ability except me. He has a bunch of icons he never showed anyone that blow just about every icon I've ever seen out of the water.

Ah, but there is no more Xooxer on BYOND, any trace of him has seemed to vanish completely... which means I may have a chance!

Xooxer in my opinion is the best pixel artist on (or not) BYOND.

I'd have to throw a vote in here for Foomer, even though he doesn't seem to be around any more. At least, not using tha key. Gughunter has a nice style as well.

His style reminds me of Skysaw's.

Yeah Foomer has done some prety nice art work and level design for me.

Honestly I forget his key, his name was Max though...He was really amazing. He showed me one icon that looked like no other, and was just plain brilliant...I've never seen a better icon since...Perhaps someone knows him by his real name and knows who I mean...That'd be cool...
