Cannot host Zip file (Installation Failed)

Problem description:
I've compiled a new version of IainPeregrine.Regressia and am hosting the zip file remotely. I've edited the hub entry to set the download URL to this address: https://jacobabrennan.com/regressia.zip

The Zip file was generated using DM's Package Files -> World Executable Files function. I can download the file using the browser, extract the files, and play Regressia without problem. When I try to install the game using the button on the website (or in the pager) I get an error modal. The modal's title is "Download Failed", and the message reads "Installation of Regressia failed."

I don't know what I'm doing wrong here. Does the pager not support download over https? Any tips to make this work?

The problem is the HTTPS. Currently it isn't supported for download URLs.

Thank you for the confirmation. I set up a little HTTP area on my server for BYOND downloads, and Regressia is back on the Hub.
