I am in need of money to put in my paypal.
Does anyone have any ideas how I can get some money quick preferably over the internet?

Well, now I have another question.
As far as I know, the way ebay works is, you put something of yours up for auction, with a price, and a peroid of time for it to be up.

How does the item get to the person? Do you have to send it directly?

Yep... It is the seller's responsibility to ship the item to the buyer (except in the case of items that can't be shipped as easily, like cars on eBay Autos, in which case, the seller can put a disclaimer in the item listing that says that the buyer must come to pick the item up, or provide shipping themselves)
