Is there a way to format so that it deletes everything but system files? I am just cuoroius as I don't feel like going through every little thing I don't use. This is what I get for installing so much useless crap.
Sure is - format, and then reinstall Windows. =)

Make sure you back up everything you want to keep first!

I'm just guessing at this, but couldn't you just partition your hard drive?

But partitioning either doesn't delete anything, or deletes everything. (Depending on the program you use.) Neither or which is what he wants. =)

Why not? Formatting and reinstalling will give you the exact same result: all non-system files will be gone. =P
