There's something about high school bands...

Well, I'm a freshmen at my high school, and I'm in Concert Band. Thething that made my head spin is that of the bands preformance schedule. We have 22 (i think) preformances and our first one is on Sept. 16. So yea, this gives us only...4 rehersals together (because of our schools block schedule). Whee, go weird school scheduling! :(

Our band I believe has to start practicing MONTHS before school starts, but not our football team, they suck. ={

Heh. Our football team hasn't won or even tied a game since 1997.

Wow, thats sucks!

I was in band until last year(Which I was 1st Chair Trumpet all year), and then I thought of how it would interfere with life this year in highschool...
1. I have to spend alot of time with the band.
2. I have to go to every football game and play..
3. I have to miss homecoming becuase I have to play..
4. It takes up alot of time!

Wow they must suck bad. My school's team had and undefeated season but got pwned in the championship. lol
