Why does no one ever answer questions that are important alot of times. Such as a bug probelm I posted. But when some one post about help on a DBZ game ever body on Byond goes and either flames them or helps them out. This is not right, the community should help stuff that are more important than a DBZ rips.

It takes time and consideration to come up with an effective answer to a bug problem. Everybody and their brother has a two-bit comment about DBZ rips on BYOND. This should not surprise you, but if it does, then you've just learned an important lesson about public online forums.
|
I know it takes time but there have been several post on a bug and no one helps really. But now I am starting to not care anymore, I will just not post bugs if I find them or ask for help.

Bugs can be complex. People like Tom are busy, and aren't alawys able to check every single bug report.
In the case of your bug report, it's either something weird with the hub/pager that would require a BYOND staff member to look at it, or your pager and/or game is set to private or invisible instead of public. :P |
Yep. And sicne double negatives cancel each other out, what he REALLY saide is "everyone always answers"
|
You know what I mean and if you dont... I mean by people do not reply to the important post such as bugs, every one always replys to community that why I post here. >.> Also it is the only place to post this thread.

say what you mean. Dont say something and then say it means something else.
I Didn't not passed college! You passed college? No, I failed horribly |
say what you mean. Dont say something and then say it means something else. How did I say something and then said something else? READ THE first post I made. I Didn't not passed college! You passed college? No, I failed horribly That does not even make sense, please dont post stuff that has nothing to do with the post. ->Calus CoRPS<- |

How is it a double negative if no oe ever goes and replies to the bugs? Not this community post. Anyways I got to go for a while so I may not reply that fast.

Anyways I got to go for a while so I may not reply that fast. noone=negative never=negative I'll use a math problem to show you how this works: 1-(-1) Now, the two negatives in that problem cancel each other out, creating a positive: 1+1 In grammer, two negatives do the same thing. |
Well, uh sometimes people :
are kinda busy don't know how to solve your problem would flame but chooses not to post at all just plain doesn't help people I'm going to have to say most people fit in the second category, but wait and you will be helped if feasible. If not, bump within standards. Also, try to state the problem as clearly as possible. |
