I double-clicked my newly downloaded setup.exe file for Cheat Engine 5.0. Then I started to laugh as I read through there agreement. The agreement fallows,
"This program is freeware, you can copy it as much as you like just not make money out of it.
If this program accidentaly screws up and destroys data on your PC, electrocutes you, makes your monitor explode in your face, set's your house on fire, kills you, hacks into a nearby nuclear misile and targets your house, changes your bank balance to $0, gets you banned from online games, adds your name to a hitman's list, sucks you into the computer and plays pong with you(with you as ball), causes secret agencies to come after you, becomes sentient and starts killing everyone on this planet or does anything else you don't want it to do, don't blame the author of this program!!
Do you agree to this?"
Should I agree O.o, I mean after reading somthing like that it scares you. If only my antivirus could guarantee it could protect me from all of the things in the above agreement.

If given the opportunity, I'll click on the agreement and edit it to something else, then agree on my own terms. :)

I glance though them on programs I don't know. Very often, it says that it is packed with spyware/adware in the TOS. So if you keep an eye out, you can catch this things early.

Well, I think they only said that to be humurous. Go ahead and sign.
One question though: Who actually read through the agreements?
