I recently found PSO:BB while browsing google. It's the next in the series of PSO storyline, and includes PSO 1,2 and 4.(3 was a card game :-\).
It is very fun! I found myself playing nonstop for along time now. Signing up,however, does require a credit card and things, but you get a 14 day trial, and then it is $9.00 every 28 days.

It's fun for awhile, I played the open beta, but it's get old after awhile.

Yea, Blue Burst is pretty good. Nothing compares (yet) to Episode 1 & 2 in the Phantasy Star Series. But I have to say the PSO games are far better for the consoles.
