wanting to improve upon dms icon editing tools in a game

i want to create a game to imporve apon dms iconing abilitys im not to sure if it is even possiable cuase i cant really code but if any coders thinck they could do it and like the idea let me know i have many ideas just need the coder

p.s. let me know what u thinck of this idea

also i was thinckin of makin it a tutorial of iconing i get alot of reguest to make "such and such" a icon, edit it or how do i make it do "such and such" so this would make my life a little simpler and help the neebie iconers

hmm a 3 word response dosent seem like a worthwhile reply but eh and secondly i need a coder to make any of this possiable i can edit code to a limit but i cant create a game
