Online folders?

I have seen one before, it looked like an online "Folder". It had files in it I could download..I think they are called "Apache Folders"..although I am not sure.

Basicly...I am looking for one, or something like it. Any ideas?

I think it's an ftp:// server. :p

No if it's apache it's just a web server, but it had no index.html file so it displayed a directory listing of the folder.

Is there a way I can host off of this..Or My host can host off of it, and I can upload my files to it, to update.
