I'm in need of just $0.25 in my PayPal. And, I don't wanna have to wait 4 days to transfer from my bank to pay for an item. Can someone lend me it now & I'll pay them back later? My paypal name is: [email protected]

This reminds me of the 'penny cup' one of my old bosses used to keep on the counter at one of the gas stations I worked at. It's an old joke, but...
