I have recently really got into designing websites, but I really suck at making good graphics. So, I would appreciate a few links to sites with web graphics tutorials. Preferably using Paint, because that's all I have. <_<

The first thing you need to do is get something better. Using paint to make graphics is like using a rock to open a beer bottle; it'll work, but it's still a stupid idea.
I'm pretty sure if you search around here you'll be able to find a thread with some decent (free) image editing programs.
I can only recommend Adobe Image Ready, and that can be pretty expensive.

Heh. Well on topic; here are some graphics tools but they may/may not have tutorials. I used Tile Studio before, but I'm not the one to recommend it. That is sorta what you were lookin for right?

This list comes from the Pixelation forum, which is down right now. The first two links in "General Pixel Art Tutorials" are probably the best of the lot for what you're looking for, but the first link is down right now, so here's a mirror of the first link.
