Well I'm sure we could elect you to represet the *ahem* BYOND Developers Group... Or somthing like that... :P
If you're a university student in computer sciences, anything game related or journalism you can go.
Supposedly, E3 events can be watched on Pay Per View. I have dish Network and have been seeing commercials.

G4 is/was showing E3 live. I saw it on 8 PM last night, and again at 11 PM. Didn't catch either of them, though. :(

Nah, if the companies did have any problems (which, y'know, might be a blessing with a certain...'goku'...infestation...ahem), they'd tell the developer in question to stop first.

Actually, BYOND couldn't be sued, I believe it says that you are only using a median for your creations and BYOND is in no way affiliated with you and your work. Something to that effect, so Dantom International couldn't be sued for something you would make, only the game/chatroom?/whatever's creator could.

This is all assuming that they actually aren''t affiliated with your work which I doubt the staff would be in making a fan game.

Yah, Dantom doesn't own your games, I believe.
