Ummm I was just wondering if any one had a link to a Tai Chi guide were I could learn the movements.

That is very expensive though. I learned a few martial arts myself, not in-depth, but about medium into a few of them. I do admit I tend to not do it as much anymore, but at least I'm not paying 50 dollars a month or more and I can practice on my own scheduele.

Yes, it costs money, so does the other 99% of things in the world. Yes, it's time consuming, but so is sitting here and posting, right? |

Don't ever try to learn an art by yourself, it get's confusing and eventually you just drop it from no forward movement in your training.
Get a master of the art so they can teach you how to perform the moves properly.
