I think my name seems out of place in the picture since I didn't grundge it up, but comments and critiques would be greatly appreciated.

Yeah, make it a greyish that can show up on black, that would look better since it's a darker theme and there isn't much white.

Hmm. I don't think it looks better if I make it grey. I'll try a deep teal or blue color...

That will work, and try use a font that's kind og grudgish too.
