Or more to my point (and straying off the topic of this thread), they didn't bother to make their website in any way accessible to browsing with images turned off (which, among other things, is very useful for handheld browsing, whether from an evil cell phone or other device). While it may not affect many of users, any organization that doesn't care to give attention to a detail like this probably hasn't given enough attention to the details of its products or services, and isn't worth my time.
