Hey,

Has anyone used the CGI Library?

Can some one explain to me how to use and how to set it up for a Windows system?

If you mean with a webserver, you don't.

You CAN however test CGI programs in Dream Seeker.

To elaborate on what Jon88 said, the reason you can't use DMCGI in Windows is a long-standing bug in Windows Dream Daemon, it's not high priority right now.

I wouldn't call it a bug, but a lack of a feature. Remember, since bugs are features, lack of features is a lack of bugs!
