What kind of spyware/adware protecter do you use?
I use Ad-Aware 6.0. It's the best I could find so far. I just wanted to know what is better then Ad-Aware.

Spybot : Search and destroy, so good Ad-aware steals its database of bad files :)

None is better, But download Spybot S&D and use them both. They both will find stuff the other misses.
ps. download SpywareBlaster too, It's not a scaner, What it does is keep spyware from geting onto your system in the first place. with it you almost don't need to use Ad-aware OR Spybot S&D. |

Properly configured, it can even tell me when not to trust certain software. It's portable so I can take it with me wherever I go, to any computer I use. It's absolutely the best security system in existence. Lummox JR |

Ya, but some peoples hardware adware blockers have bad software on them, and tend to cause data-loss and computation errors.

I belive that a number of those pieces of hardware contain code similar to the following:

Considering the fact that the hardware utilizes an astounding number of parallel processors, I'd say a linear program like that isn't a great description of what they do.

It's more similar in actual results. Besides, that's the compiler's job. ;) (No, I do not care that it would probably need to be multi-threaded)
