As soon as seika is up to version 25 i'm pretty sure it can be the morrowind of byond.

Does anyone agree?

P.S: Synthetic dreams ...well... i don't know what to compare it to, any suggestions?
Morrowind is single-player, its not multi-player.
In response to Mrhat99au
I think i know that i've not only had every morrowind there is (Both xbox and pc) my characters are all above 70.

Just because its single player does not mean you cannot compare something too it, now stop trying to catch me in a fault and be serious.
In response to Karasu Kami
Well then... HOW are you comparing your game to Morrowind?
In response to Garthor
I'm not comparing my game to morrowind, i'm comparing seika to morrowind.

You need to actually read my post rather then skim through it.
In response to Karasu Kami
He probably thought Seika was your game.
In response to Foomer
That was my second thought, but then again doesn't everyone know seika is Aaiko's game?

BTW, i'm mainly talking to those who have played seika...
In response to Karasu Kami
I doubt anyone knows much about Seika unless they play it.

I didn't know that. The hub entry doesn't say that either. I don't even know who "aaikos" is.
In response to Foomer
Its Aaiko, and yes it does.

In the staff section it clearly says the following:

"Current Iccusion Staff on this project
(Anyone on Iccusion that has done ANYTHING in the creation of Seika)
Aaiko - Owner of Iccusion, Head of Seika, Main Coder, Part Artist
Xell - Artist
Karnlor - Artist
Vamp_-_Clock - Artist "
In response to Karasu Kami
Seika by Iccusion Entertainment

Nowhere does it say "Aaiko". And I'm not interested enough in the game to look deeper to see who made it.

That aside, you haven't answered my question: how is it like Morrowind?
In response to Garthor
Play the game and find out yourself, i am not even speaking to those who haven't played the game. it wouldn't make sense if i was.

Basically, the game is single player but you can interact with the rest of the world as if it was multi-player.

P.S. Iccusion entertainment is ran by aaiko. as i posted earlier:

So this is directed at the people who play the game to tell them something that they would already know if they had played the game?

Can you say, "pointless"?
In response to Garthor
I doubt they already knew it garthor, i'm comparing the game to it and seeing if they agree with me.

It isn't pointless, just irrelevant.
In response to Karasu Kami
I played Seika and i disagree, there isnt enough detail in the characters.
In response to Karasu Kami
Harshly said, Seika isn't any different then any other of the RPG's out there. Sure it's better then those Zeta rips, alot better, it just doesn't hit any "gold medals" on its own.

In my own opinion, I think Seika still needs ALOT of work, maybe it'll spruce up into my favorite games list sometime next year if it continues to be updated daily. However, that being said, Seika does have a few (very small percentage) of new things added into a BYOND game. Just to get flamed at (sarcrasm), i'm going to post my likes and dislikes of Seika:

#1: The world mass is uh ... too Final Fantasy-ish / Dragonwarrior-ish? Sure it can be considered as "original", but in my own opinion, that view of play just stinks for a "MMORPG", hardly no room at all to move.

#2: I think, and I still do, that BYONDs RPG's should feel more dynamic, and have the players grasp around it's storyline, and feel involved. I guess Seika does that, but to a rather medium value. Still I have searched the net looking for a feeling like this, a trace of this is not to be found ... yet.

#3: Its "style of play" isn't at all original. There hasn't been an actual professional looking or acting BYOND game ever! It's all been these really shabby looking BYOND Menu's with pretty little 32x32 icons of your equipment. Why can't somebody think of a more original approach then this!?

#4: This may only just be my opinion, but I like a tad bit more complex skill gaining system. If you've ever played Ultima Online, yep, i'm sure you and I both agree that that's a very good example of what you and I am thinking of. Skills should be based on a 0.0 - 100.0 skill point based, and as you gain skills you get better.

#5: Okay, me and a few of my other gaming buddies agreed on one thing. The music on it is highly repeative, and frankly, quite annoying as well. This is a perfect example of to never to underestimate the sound of a game! A game with no sound, is pretty much no game at all.

#6: I really don't think this game qualifies as a "good game", maybe the "best in BYOND of all RPGs", only due to the fact that it's one of the few RPGs that actually get updated daily on BYOND!

So, yeah i'm sure you recognize why I pretty much think this game is below-average. Just because BYOND is a simple engine doesn't mean you can make simple games and deserve a gold medal for it! Oh and I forgot reason #7!

#7: This post is pretty much useless, and on the brink of flamage! Would a friendly moderater please stand up and end this chaotic rampage before it ceases to be in control?

I beg to differ.
http://games.byond.com/hub/AirMapster/ShapeShifter

- Proelium may not quite be "professional" but it definitely has it's potential

I was most impressed by ShapeShifter and Incursion in this listing. ShapeShifter is bugless, and extremely pleasing to the eyes. Incursion does an excellent job of portraying Risk in a new and more innovative fashion. There have been plenty of good games on BYOND, you just aren't looking in the right place. Checking out kiddy RPGs and Dragonball games isn't going to help you find BYOND's goodies.

P.S. Even Survival will be looking more professional in the next few major updates.
In response to Polatrite
You forgot two of the King-Pin games, Dragon Warrior Online (By SilkWizard) and Stick Fighter (By Ebonshadow).
Also, since when are Hrh and MLAAS "professional" in appearance? HedgerowHall uses those damn set src verbs, and needs a lot of polish. My Life as a Spy isn't as bad, but it still uses lame right click verbs.
In response to DarkView
I was considering adding both of those to the list, actually. My Life As A Spy could DEFINITELY use conversion into mouse-clicking procs, but the game has solid gameplay, design, unique graphics, and an overall polished atmosphere, unlike most games. Hedgerow Hall is the same way, it gives a very solid playing experience, while not being GRAPHICALLY professional, it still deserves merit in many other categories. As for Stick Fighter... well, it's Stick Fighter. I didn't like or hate the game, myself, but I've never been a fan of fighting games.

Hedgerow Hall definantly deserves merit in most areas, but I wouldn't list it as "professional" for any categories, apart from the role-play enforcement stuff.
Simple polishing could really improve it (Mainly to do with verb/statpanels being "messy"). Last I checked the help stuff was also extremely out of date.
Also, the graphics don't get beat on as much as they should. Everyone is quick to jump up and say "This is a RPG environment, if graphics are important go play counter-strike!".
Sure, the game is built on role-play, the graphics aren't that important, but they aren't even consistant. She should pay Foomer $5 and get him to go through and remake each of the icon states.
Anyway, it is a great game, but it has a "under construction" feel that isn't generated by the fact it is under construction.

Err....-.-;;

This went way off topic and its best left alone, sheesh..talk about dis-couraging posts up there.
