Sadly....i've only known aaiko for about 2 or 3 months..yet he can code like a god? This is a mystery..does anyone know him longer then I have? And how did he get such grand coding skills?

No, its not the fact that i just met him...its that i haven't heard of him before. You know...like...deadron, everyone knows him...but what if we didn't ..and suddenly he came out with 3 or more great games he coded all in a month or less, most of them completed. ....its just...He appeared out of no where, made a couple games, and now hes just..bleh...? And if you've played some of his games he does a VERY good job.. Just bothers me i guess...i'll shut up now.

I've been helping a guy who goes by the key Fire Wyrm, and I can safely say after 2 or 3 months the guy will be better then most non-Guru programmers.
It's not like there is some super secret shortcut to learning DM that we are hiding from everyone. The people who are good at programming learnt it just like anyone else. | |

No, I don't know him, but where's the mystery? How long you've known him has nothing to do with how good a coder he is or how much experience with programming he might have. The world is full of people that you haven't met that still somehow manage to be good programmers. If you meet one of them, and find out two months later that they have programming skills, how is that "mysterious?"
I just met a master chef... should I be astonished that someone I met 5 minutes ago has more than 5 minutes worth of experience?
