Sequels Galore!

Max Payne 2 and Jak 2 both games i just bought and both are great games! has anyone played either of them and if so did you like them?

Haven't played either of them, or their originals. =)

I'm waiting for these sequels:

Deus Ex: The Invisible War
Thief III
Half-Life 2

If their prequels are anything to go by, they're gonna RULE! =) On a related note. I should finish Thief II. And finish Half-Life. And play Deus Ex again. =P

I'm not even going to bother with Half-Life 2, especially if it becomes a requirement that you use Steam to play it like the original Half-Life is becoming.

Half-Life 2 probably isn't going to be as good as the hype, but that stills leaves a lot of room to be pretty damn awesome. =P

If Valve have any sense whatsoever, they won't make Steam a requirement. That would seriously limit their sales and player base.

By the looks of things Steam is mainly for online and mod playing, now heres what ticks me off.
10$ a month fee's ala MMORPG style games for HL2. There is zilch chance I'm paying out that.

You can play steam free if you have a copy of half-life, but its 10 bucks a month if you don't.
