Tough criteria to meet. Any ideas?

By decent I mean it will have to take the download of pictures of all sides and possibly even small animations.

Basically, I'm incorporating all my web sites I've made into one big one.

Also, I'd like purchase a domain from the same people who are providing the hosting, with a certificate proving I own the damn thing -_-

Any ideas appreciated (the solo card bit is very important).
