Who else watches this show? Season 2 just got over and it was extremely good just like season 1...I can't wait for season 3 to start (most likely in january) I am just curious if anyone else watches this show except me... It's on FX, and its an extremely good show. If no one has seen it before, I highly recomend it. :)

I've said it once before, I hate primetime television shows. Why? They aren't funny, and they used canned laughter. Why? I'm pretty sure if you hear someone laughing, chances are you'll start laughing even if you don't want to. I prefer older shows where they are actually filmed with an audience, so you get the real responses, and the jokes are actually funny.

It's not a primetime show, and its not a comedy, its a serious show. I think it's very good. Please dont speak your opinion on a subject you dont know what your talking about.

Okay, then I will respond accordingly. I don't like primetime television shows period. Those "serious" shows as you may call them, are very dry and chatty. But, that's not the only reason for my hatred of these "serious" shows. They usually don't have anything interesting going on. Some dangerous criminal on the loose, the main character is endangered. Uh huh. Cliche overlaps cliche. Same thing for soap operas. Dramatic as all hell, but they are more childish than anything. Someone killed someone, someone is cheating on someone, ad nauseum. Either way, I don't like primetime television. At all.

Are you basing your 'serious' show opinoin on the shield? My main question was what your thoughts were on that specific show.

It's also known as a "laugh track". It's the soundtrack added to a show to simulate an audience's reactions. It isn't always laughter, of course; sometimes you get "awwwww" or "hisssss" or "WOOOO!", as circumstances dictate.

The Commish got demoted and went bad. ;)

I had to have someone else tape the second season shows for me because I lost FX after the first season. (I switched from Time Warner to Dish Network [edit: 50 channel package] for non-local channels.) I still need to see the second season finale.

That really sucks. What do you think of the show? Just curious. The second season finale is exellent :)
