Anyone else looking forward to this game? I already reserved it and can't wait, it's like your playing a cartoon. I keep getting afraid I'll think I'm watching T.V.

Nope.

It also comes with 2 N64 ported games.

It comes with Ocarina of Time and Ocarina of Time: Master Quest. Master Quest is the same except the dungeons have a lot of new puzzles and the bosses are a little harder. The enhanced resolution is a nice touch too, they did a good job on converting the controls also.

:EDIT: You get these for reserving it, not for buying it. I don't think it will come with the game.
The game looks like crap, they really downgraded the graphics made it look too kiddish, i was pretty happy the way Oracana of time's grapghics for the n64 were.

It looks like it plays like the N64 Zelda game only with a big ocean instead of a big field. I don't mind the cartoonish look but I would have prefered some less anime-ish. I don't plan on buying it but my roommate preordered it so I'm just going to play it after he's done.
I think they killed it with this new addition to the series. I was hoping they made the game like the commercial, realistic and more "movie-like" than "cartoon-like" but if they had to go cartoon, why couldn't they try an anime style? I am sure this will be a great game and will have a great and addicting story like the others, but I seriously dislike this new style.

The creator of the game sticks by his finished product. Just because it looks like a cartoon doesn't mean it stinks. And whats really marvelous is that the game has a frame rate so high it is good enough to be an animated movie (with the two major compopnents of Hercules and The Night Before Christmas as its animation). I think this game will be a really good game and I think it's the best Game Cube has to offer.

That's about 30 frames per second at best, which isn't too impressive.

I agree I liked the N64 graphics better.. I also think they killed it .. but you never know until you try it eh?

30 frames per second is completely smooth animation so does it really matter?

I have heard rumors that they are planning on making a more Ocarina style game for the GC. BTW Metroid Prime is 10x better!
I'm planning on getting it. People complain that it's graphics suck, which earned it the name Celda, but once I've seen the game play, I can't think of any other way the game would have been without the graphics.

Who cares about the graphics?! Graphics do not make a game! Gameplay makes a game! Those who judge a game solely by graphics should have their head removed, cauterized, and buried.

And hung, drawn and quartered too.
I played a demo of it at my local WalMart, and I was absolutely stunned at what I saw. I am also greatly anticipating this game...

(Personally, I really hope it out-sells Grand Theft Auto: Vice City =P)

No chance in hell.

Well, personally I hope it does... that's just my opinion
Then again, America is filled with sick, violent people... why play a (quote from my brother)"little kids game"(unquote) when you can get the gun and "shoot, shoot, shoot."?

I'm moving to Europe ASAP =P

(Unless it's even worse then... then I'm moving to Canada)

thank you...

You're welcome =) I can't stand all of these little whiny kids, complaining that it's going to be a horrible game. Heck, even I was skeptical until I actually played it.(Remember Metroid Prime? When people thought they ruined it by having a first person perspective?) It seems like a really, really deep and enjoyable game.

(Note, Fuzzy, I'm not talking to you in general, but to the people in general =P I like to preach)
