Hub icons (the 64x64 things that spice up the game listings) were sucking up too much bandwidth. Some of the large GIFs have been truncated to a single frame, which might not look good in some cases. Icon files are now restricted to 10k or less, just to keep things from getting bogged down. Oh, so that's why every single one of my 15 pictures is out. Goodbye artisic flair, hello cheap dbz pictures. Lovely. Da_Hardly_Artisic_But_Competant_Rushyo |

One question. Were they animated? If so, that's your problem. Animation is what sucks up so much space and bandwidth.

You don't have anything to do with cheap DBZ pictures if your pictures aren't cut & pasted from DBZ junk somewhere. If you draw your own nice looking 64x64 pictures, they'll be infinitely better than the DBZ junk. If you can't draw, you can always ask someone else to help.
But really, the 64x64 pictures were designed to offer a brief gimpse at the game, not to show off one's artistic abilities or give them a space to stick fancy (ripped) animations. Shapeshifter is a good example of the intended use, as is LaserWars. |
