Well, the 130 lbs was not enough for me. So I bought 15 lb dumbells (i know, ill explain later), and 10 lb wrist waits, and 10 lb ankle weights. I wore the wrist and ankle weights and began shadow boxing with the 15 lb weights*.
* i know 15lb is not a lot, but with my 30 lb dumbells i couldn't work out for long, this way i can build endurance and muscle*
But it still wasn't enough, so i got 2 backpacks and filled both with a 100 lb dumbell, and work one backpack on my back, and the other on my front side. This kicked my butt. When I stood up after putting this on, i screamed and strugled to stand up, and soon i fell over in pain....

Fool do you think that pain would interfere with my training?? EH??? Well it doesn't. It only serves to make me stronger.

Speaking of babble, I had three slices of swiss cheese today, and it was good. Mmm... Oh, and I've got root beer, woohoo!
