no... a white guy, but the guy *after* Hal Jordan (the older popular comic GL), Kyle Rayner (the new current GL I think)- he was an illustrator at the Daily Planet... according to a GL forum I just found, it was aired on Feb. 6, 1999 in the Superman Adventures... lot of talk about a spin-off, but I do not recall it ever happening... many of the posters were highly impressed with the way they did the explanation on how Kyle got the ring - even the Gaurdians were pretty well done from what I remember (Superman meets them), and they used the cool new GL uniform too. There was also a cameo shot of Kyle picking up the ring in front of a plane that had 'Commander Hal Jordan' written on it, to help ties things together and keep the fans happy...

I know their making a daredevil and hulk movie, what other super hero do you think should come next? Captain America. It would probably sell pretty good in america, just doubt it would in any other country heh. |

I swear to whatever deity of the reader's choosing (since I like to consider myself atheistic) that this is the best news I've heard in a long time...
I could hardly breathe while reading that post... This is truly a dream come true (if it's indeed true)... TMNT was a HUGE part of my childhood... I still own two rather large boxes full of toys, and a copy of the first issue of the comic...along with various other collectibles... My friends and I all used to gather to trade figures and have battles and whatnot... Way back in elementary school...lol To see them in all their glory once again would be amazing... And with the details you provide...it sounds like it'll turn out awesome... Anyone got any links to more details? |

The first movie was by far the best...
I agree that it was a rather poor choice to not go with Bebop and Rocksteady for the sequel... What were they thinking? As for changing Donatello's voice actor... they sort of had to...lol He was voiced by Corey Feldman... And at the time, good old Corey was in legal trouble over drugs... So he was slightly unavailable to do the sequel...lol I can't explain April, though... The plot wasn't all that bad... Definitely not as good as the original... But still not horrible... The third movie was rather poor... I only saw it once, and really have no desire to see it again...lol |
The super hero I believe should be in the next Super Hero movie is none other than....
All Of them DC I would like to see a movie following the entire Justice League, I could see it now. Justice League at war with the entire Hall of Doom would be great, as long as they use the basic characters from the new TV show, and not the old version. The characters such as The Green Lantern *The black guy, not the kid from Batman Beyond, or the old guy built like a football player, but Samuel L Jackson style*, that alien thingy, Super Man, Wonder Woman *With superman powers*, Batman and much much more. Marvel The Avengers would be great also Thor, and whoever else is in there *I dont know honestly*, as long as they can throw spidey in there too. and finally, the one true movie I would like to see *But would never live to see it* The Avengers V.S The Justice League, in an all out free for all. Possibly set up by some tricky villain, or a group of tricky villains, then both forces group up to take out these new *UNKNOWN* villains. JOY JOY --Neo-- |

I could point you to a lot of rumors, but this here is a link to an article in which the best of those rumors are confirmed:
http://www.cinescape.com/0/ editorial.asp?aff_id=0&this_cat=Movies&action=page&type_id=& cat_id=270338&obj_id=34866 Cinescape is one of the best sources out there for sci-fi/fantasy news, because they thoroughly debunk rumors, and if they're passing along news from a dubious source (like the British tabloids' claims that Matt announced the end of the Simpsons or Britney Spears has a 6 episode deal on Buffy), they inform the reader. Anyone really interested in obsessively following the development of genre movies, I recommend subscribing to the magazine. |

I checked out that site - great stuff! Was pleasantly suprised to see that there is a WitchBlade series in the US. Wonder if it is anything like the comic series...
