Well, I'm pretty good friends with a few of the "higher powered" BYOND programmers, and they don't play my games... mostly because they're 1) buggy, 2) boring, and 3) lame.

Ha! Unforunately I'm guilty of not trying your games yet (or Medieval Conquest), but not for any of those reasons.

tsk tsk... well, if you wait a few more days, I'm finally getting around to working on version 3, so once I get it released you'll be able to try the game against different levels of AI.

Oooh. The Jeff Foxworthy approach to DBZer jokes. I hadn't thought of that. (Think we could convince any of them to try the fork thing?)

Why is it that when another respected byond coder makes a game, all the other well known and respected byonders flock to it? I never see them join other games to try them out. Example: silkwizard just released Proelium. I've been playing it whenever it's hosted, and I've seen people like Foomer, Leftley, Zilal, Lummox JR and other gurus come and play it for a long time or just come to check it out. I've never seem these type of people join games that are new from non-gurus, even if they aren't fan games. MLAAS draws gurus too. Why would you join Silk Wizard's or Skysaw's games to try them out, but not others?

I don't know if I'm considered a guru or whatnot, but I generally have a tendancy to join games that are hosted that have a name other than something to do with DBZ, Final Fantasy, or Dragon Warrior. My reasoning for this is that I've already seen versions of these games and look for new things with original ideas.... whatever gotta go
