I can't speak for all of your questions. However, your last one was posted roughly half an hour ago. Be patient. :)

Other than that, your writing style does place you in a group that does not have many fans. Your sentences run together. You use little punctuation. You use script kiddie abbreviations.

Does any of this make you a bad person? No. However, it does create a communication barrier that some might simply not want to deal with.

i am! read one of my other posts i posted 4 times only 2 with my dog is cool, but he is! it aint spam its the truth i tell you! THE TRUTH!!!!!!!

If the post is on completely unrelated threads and says nothing else, and if you're posting it on more than one forum, it's definitely spam. Put it in your signature if you want, which you've done on other posts; there I haven't said a word against it. But just making a junk post is indeed spam, and you know better. That's true whether your dog is cool or not.

Hrm? I didn't have any beef with you; my posts were directed at RaeKwon, who posted that "my dog is cool" thing in a couple of different threads on different parts of the forum.
