Banned keys?

I was paged by, "Sephiroth1011" and he asked me for GM in GT/Saga and I answered no so he said Just do it and I wont enter ne other game exept mine and I replyed, "I told you my answer" so then he started pageing me a million times saying, "Please" I went to banned keys and I put his key in and he still was able to page me. Is there a bug with that or did I just need to reopen a new DS?

Re-open a new DS and then he will be banned.

Hmmm, if i remember right I did that and he was still able to page me...
