Deadron!!!!!!

I have my own cure I hit you upside the head with a metal bar and beat the name out of you memory but,the FDA kinda baned me from using that "cure" so you'll have to wait a bit longer.
Part of the problem with something like this is that for the most part, I don't see much of peoples code. Even amongst the few playable games out there, I have no idea if they are actually well coded or not. I have plenty of code snippets and such that work fine, however I am quite sure they are not structured in the most efficient manner, optimized for reusability etc. Basically, I just keep hacking stuff on until it works, then add new stuff until it breaks again. :)

Largely for this reason, my vote would go to Deadron, because I have seen much more of his code than anyone elses (various librarys, demos and such) and it all seems to work the way its supposed to and looks very clean.
I don't see many people's codes, lately.. I did when I used libraries, and from what I saw, probably Deadron.

But, Lexy is pretty good too. So is Spuzzum.

  • Theodis
  • Deadron
  • Spuzzum & Lexy

My reasons are that when I was a wee programmer, Theodis helped me LOADS, and he's been a great friend since then!

I would put Deadron at the top of the list. Gughunter (he's the one called "guy" isn't he?) is a pretty close second. Me? I'm not even on the top 1000 board.

ya but then again, if there was such a think as a really good coder, than someone should beable to give you any code and you should beable to understand how it works (in a simple way) and beable to make it more efficient, that's the only way I could see how you could top someone else, because when you start from scratch, you could come up with anything, but taking someone elses code they think is 'great' and changing it to make it better makes you a better coder then them, I think... :P

anyways, in the end it all comes down to...
Dan and Tom are AWESOME!
HELL YA!
WOOOHOOO!!!
