Just noticed we had this, how long this was here? o.O
Anyways, i don't understand exactly how to use it. (Looked at Reference...) I've been trying to look for libraries, demos, blog posts, but nothing.

Probably because you're looking for the wrong things. What it really does is make it so that atoms with lower y values are closer to the user. Works best with larger atoms.

Well i'm placing objects on client.screen, if i set world/map_format = SIDE_MAP, they just dissapear o.O (client.screen) (Though something about layers...)
But still i don't see the size difference with lower-y objects (Big icons, i'm using big icons). |

The size doesn't change, the layering does, it layers as isometric does. So use that as a reference for it's function (including your client.screen issue).
