as you can see the windows they use are totally customized and dont have any border whatsoever i was wondering how do peopel go about making these type of windows

In the main window of your skin. Edit it then go to the skin tab add the image. Then uncheck Titlebar, Statusbar, and resize. you'll have to make buttons for any other commands like an X button or however you want it. With all that done, the window should take shape of the image. Although I never tried anything round but ive seen something done with round edges.
