my char named zaroc to my email i know the original email and stuff but the pass wont work for the email for it any more please help i will give full detail on every thing

If you are able to log in to your account, you can change your e-mail. Otherwise one of the staff member will have to quiz you hard about your account and check the previous association (or something like that).
