Kii_Lighting

Finally reuploaded my Kii_spotlight library! It has been renamed "Kii_lighting" and now includes a simple built-in day/night mechanic. As such, this library now renders my Kii_daynight library obsolete and it has been deleted.


I have plans to expand and improve this library in the future by including a variety of different tools to help handle lighting and atmospheric effects. I have other priorities at the moment, but still wanted to finally get this library re-uploaded since a few folks have been asking about it.
