Is there a guide of how exactly tabs work?

I was planning on making 3 tabs in the same area contain 3 grids, but I have no idea how to go about tabs. The DM Reference doesn't have information on interface controls I think (atleast nothing I could find by hitting F1 and searching tab), any help would greatly be appreciated. Thank you!

Open up Dream Maker, click the Help tab, go down to Skin Reference.

Ahhh, thanks to both of you! I guess tab was too specific of a search. This is a lot easier than I thought.
