I couldn't find anything on the subject at all except, one post that was never answered.
I want a Toggle command that has the options to either Toggle Music or Sounds or Both.

If you don't mind working through the library, it includes options to control the volume levels for music and sound effects. Setting either to 0 would be the equivalent of turning them off.
