Alright, so i'll just let you know right now that i'm not tech-savvy in the slightest so please try to put things into layman's terms so I can understand what to do to fix this.

So far i'll give you the information of what i've tried to do to resolve the situation (All of them have failed by the way).

1.) Uninstalled OneDrive (It wasn't activated in the first place though)
2.) Disabled both firewalls/anti-viruses including Microsoft Defender & Avast.
3.) Ran BYOND launcher as administrator.
4.) Renamed cfg to cfg.old to BYOND in Documents (Simply recreates another cfg file folder).
5.) Experimented with the compatibility modes.
6.) Uninstalled / Reinstalled.
7.) Used the zip download and installed it to desktop (Same issue).
8.) Updated Windows and rebooted.

I'm running a Windows 11 OS, so far everything i've done hasn't worked and I can't seem to find a solution for the "Loading Live Games from Beyond Hub" problem.
The main issues I've known to cause that are:

1) Permissions issues
2) File is on the network instead of a local drive
3) Japanese locale
4) Cyrillic characters in user path (probably not relevant in BYOND 513+)

The OneDrive issue is most common now, which falls under #2, but I'd check the properties for your Documents folder to see if it's actually on your system or if it's on the network somewhere.
Documents folder is indeed on my system and neither is the file in the network as its located on user documents, I do not have Japanese Locale nor do I have any Cyrillic characters in User path.

I do not understand how there would be permission issues when there's nothing conflicting with the launcher, not to mention I gave it administrator privileges

Thanks anyway but I don't think there's any possible way this'll run on this computer unless i'm using a VM.
Yep, same thing here, the strange thing I noticed is that microsoft edge refuses to load up this site. Might be a thing worth checking out, but I dunno
It might be a Windows 11 thing or a virus...
I have Windows 10 and I use Brave Browser for looking on BYOND but I did test it out on Microsoft Edge and it *Did* Work for me...

I think it's either OS Issue or a weird Virus, ransomware will commonly steal permissions from you... Maybe it took permission away from Microsoft Edge to load BYOND?

I don't know why someone would do this but it might be possible.
I'm having a similar issue, with BYOND not loading anything unless I run with admin permissions - and when I do, it can't load fancy chat in SS13, it doesn't show game icons, it doesn't load my bookmarks, and it's generally confusing.
I noticed Internet Explorer is completely unable to connect to the BYOND forums unless I manually change the HTTP link to a HTTPS link, not sure if that's part of this.
Win7 OS.
