OK, Confusion, Problem is, Where the heck do I set up terms of services,descriptions,payment and prices? I see nothing that tells me where.

I'm not sure about that stuff, but I think it gives you those options if you go to edit your game's hub, then check "Give in-game bonuses to subscribers with CheckPassport()".
